Building policy, and a fire risk in a high-rise.
$200 fine.
No bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds or trailers
None of these can be brought onto the property.
Six people maximum
That is overnight guests and visitors combined. Larger gatherings may be grounds for eviction.
No house parties or illegal substances
Both are grounds for immediate eviction.
Guests must be 21 or older to book
The person making the booking needs to be at least 21.
Leave on time
Staying past check-out holds up the cleaners and the next guests.
Late check-out penalties start at $500.
